Our telehealth consultations are conducted via secure HIPAA-compliant video platform and are available to patients throughout Colorado. A telehealth consultation is clinically equivalent to an in-person initial visit — we review your full clinical history, confirm preliminary eligibility, initiate insurance verification, and establish your treatment plan.

TMS treatment itself must be completed in-clinic at our Colorado Springs location. However, your initial consultation, mid-treatment check-ins, and post-treatment follow-up can all be completed via telehealth if preferred.

  Complete your clinical assessmentThe consultation typically runs 45–60 minutes. We review your diagnosis, medication history, insurance, and TMS candidacy in full.

  We initiate insurance verificationImmediately following your telehealth consultation, we initiate your prior authorization process. Most authorizations are resolved within 5–10 business days.

  Begin in-clinic treatment when authorizedOnce your insurance is approved, you schedule your first in-clinic session. The {A1} clinic is centrally located in Colorado Springs with parking and ADA access.
